Where do I manage a subscription?
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account. You keep the plan until the paid period ends, and your meetings stay on your phone.
Is the free version a trial?
No. Recording, transcription, speaker names, translation into English, the minutes editor and PDF export are free for good, with no length limit and no account. Your phone does that work, so there is nothing to meter.
What does “cloud transcription” mean, and do I have to use it?
For a meeting you choose, cloud transcription processes the recording on a server instead of your phone. It is optional and requires your consent.
What counts against my hours?
The length of the meeting. A one-hour meeting sent for cloud transcription uses one hour of transcription; having it written up uses one hour of write-up. Editing afterwards uses nothing. Hours reset each month.
Why is Plus sold once as well as yearly?
Plus works entirely on your phone and costs us nothing to run, so you can buy it once and keep it. Pro and Max include cloud processing every month, so they are subscriptions.
Do I need an account?
Not for the free version or Plus. Pro and Max need one, so your cloud hours follow you to your other devices. You can sign in with Apple or Google, and delete your account at any time in the app.
Is there a free trial?
Trial availability and terms are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before you subscribe.
How do I cancel?
In your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and your meetings stay on your phone either way.
